This incident has been resolved.
This impacted anyone with a logo configured in their company's account which is included on the PDFs. The cause of this issue was due to recent changes to our infrastructure security configuration to prevent malicious bots causing impact on services was preventing our PDF generation system from loading logo images to include on PDFs.
